MASSEY MAYO
Tel: 775-246-7721

Massey Mayo brings 15 years of litigation experience providing legal services to rural Nevadans and has had the privilege of practicing in various courts, and before many Judges, in our great State. As a private litigator, Massey represented clients in family law matters, the adult criminal system, the juvenile system, probate matters, real property matters, guardianships, estate
planning, and other general civil litigation. Massey’s past clients have included businesses, individuals, and children. Massey has won cases before various district courts and at the Nevada Supreme Court.

In 2019, Massey was trained to provide effective mediation in complex family law matters. In July 2021, Massey left private practice to serve as a Court Magistrate in the Sixth Judicial District Court where she made judicial recommendations in cases involving vulnerable children, vulnerable adults, and families in distress. She also presided over settlement conferences for a
variety of legal matters, using the skills she learned as a mediator. Feeling like her work as a litigator was not finished, Massey decided to return to private practice and started her own law firm until joining Walther Mansfield Brock Mayo.
